RETURN AND EXCHANGES

1) Not Happy with Your Order

2) Damaged Items or Low-Quality

If you received a broken or low quality item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via [email protected] including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

3) The CUSTOM DESIGN/PERSONALIZED items has No-Return or Exchanges policy unless product is defected.

4) Wrong selections

We only accept exchange for first order on our website with the charge for shipping fee depend on the purchased items.

We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

5) How to return an item
