1) Not Happy with Your Order

For the fastest resolution, please contact us via [email protected] including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.
3) The CUSTOM DESIGN/PERSONALIZED items has No-Return or Exchanges policy unless product is defected.
4) Wrong selections
We only accept exchange for first order on our website with the charge for shipping fee depend on the purchased items.
We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
5) How to return an item

I love this sweatshirt! it’s a lightweight material which makes it nice for layering as well as the warmer months with the cooler mornings! The Taylor’s are probably around 3ish inches big which makes them really easy to notice. i got an XL and the taylor’s fall right smack in the middle of my chest but it isn’t scratchy or anything. 10/10.
