The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation. 3) The CUSTOM DESIGN/PERSONALIZED items has No-Return or Exchanges policy unless product is defected.

4) Wrong selections

We only accept exchange for first order on our website with the charge for shipping fee depend on the purchased items.

We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

5) How to return an item
