The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.
3) The CUSTOM DESIGN/PERSONALIZED items has No-Return or Exchanges policy unless product is defected.
4) Wrong selections
We only accept exchange for first order on our website with the charge for shipping fee depend on the purchased items.

I had bought this as a gift. The actual garment is exactly what I was hoping for. Although, the shipment tracking was a mild bit frustrating. I was a little bit disappointed to learn after ordering that they ran out of the pink crewneck in the size I needed. They were very timely in letting me know that pink wasn't available and what my replacement color options were. Overall, it was a good experience.
