RETURN AND EXCHANGES
1) Not Happy with Your Order
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email support@fapshirt.com. Our customer service team will review your request and will send further instructions.
2) Damaged Items or Low-Quality
If you received a broken or low quality item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via support@fapshirt.com including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.
3) The CUSTOM DESIGN/PERSONALIZED items has No-Return or Exchanges policy unless product is defected.
4) Wrong selections
We only accept exchange for first order on our website with the charge for shipping fee depend on the purchased items.
We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
5) How to return an item
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:
1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt – we cannot exchange or refund without it.

I received the T-shirt. I ordered pretty quickly, and was pleased to see it was good quality. My son is in an upcoming musical, and I have enjoyed wearing the shirt to the parent work days during tech week. They have all gotten a kick out of it! Really cute came pretty fast
I ordered a hoodie first and then a sweatshirt. The hoodie was zoro and the sweatshirt was deku. Both looked amazing with initials on the sleeves. They did an awesome job on both. Would buy again and again. I didn't take a picture yet bc they were both gifts.

My daughter loves it! The sweatshirt material is good and the embroidery is too. Very happy 
I had bought this as a gift. The actual garment is exactly what I was hoping for. Although, the shipment tracking was a mild bit frustrating. I was a little bit disappointed to learn after ordering that they ran out of the pink crewneck in the size I needed. They were very timely in letting me know that pink wasn't available and what my replacement color options were. Overall, it was a good experience.
